Terrible experience. This is the guacamole we received. As you can tell it’s black and not edible. It should never have been served this way. The employees were rude and did not care. They were closing the restaurant early by locking the doors, even though it was 7:30 PM and supposedly they do not close until 9:00 PM. The rice was dry and old. The chicken was cold. Hardly got any sauce and when asked they were rude. They forgot to give me a drink and did not even give me one of the sides. I could tell they were ready to leave even though there was still time for them to be open. Reached out to management and got nothing back ridiculous for the amount of money I spent.

I use to go here way more often. Besides the crazy price hike in the food and smaller portions the service and cleanliness has gone down. I was looking forward to writing this review. Today I stool in line at least 10 minutes waiting to get my order taken, it was lunch but no one was ahead of me. I ordered the chicken burrito which included very little dry chicken. I’ve always enjoyed the flavor of the food it’s good. I went to get a seat but everything was filthy. I know it’s lunch but cleaning my own table was a bit much. It was sticky and food particles all over. Had I seen this before ordering I may have left. If your looking for healthier options like I was you can find some. I hope these guys get it together soon or they may find themselves leaving the area.

Never again. The food was disappointing. We ordered the double chicken tostada salad. Very light portions of chicken, beans, rice, and avocado. The dressing was thin, flavorless, and obviously watered down. We drank Coke and Dr. Pepper. Those were also watered down and flavorless. This was my first time at this restaurant, but my companion has been to other locations and says that this location is below standard in all areas. Also, an uncovered container of cleaner/sanitizing solution was out by the drink dispensers. That’s just an accident waiting to happen. Avoid this place.

If you haven’t tried El Pollo Loco yet, then stop what you’re doing find the one closest to you, and get there! El Pollo Loco consistently provides excellent service, the freshest food, and the friendliest service that I have experienced in a fast food restaurant ever. Keyword consistently. This is my mothers, favorite chicken, fast food restaurant. I was skeptical. that being the good daughter that I try to be, I took her to El Pollo Loco so she could have one of her favorite chicken taco salads. It was excellent. The manager knows my mothers name and greeted her by name when she came in the door. One – same manager (which is unusual), two – he appeared to be excited to see her, and three – the manager himself made certain that my mother received the grilled chicken taco salad exactly the way she has ordered it before. That’s really saying something. Clean. Each and every El Pollo Loco I have been to since that original experience has again, been consistently spotless. Regardless, of the location, the food is absolutely grilled fresh with all of the side, items cooked fresh, and all toppings made fresh by hand daily. The fragrance alone of the fresh grilled food make sure mouth water when you walk in the door. Cost? Reasonable, extremely reasonable. Since my first introduction to this chain of restaurants, I have made an effort to find one whenever I am traveling in order to enjoy the fresh food and friendly service that El Pollo Loco delivers . Additionally, I try local restaurants and fast food establishments, but none have rivaled the El Pollo Loco franchises yet. They also have an app that you can download and use for coupons, scoring points and getting reduced prices on their menu items. The menu items are extensive. They offer everything a typical Mexican restaurant does except this food is fresh and delicious. You deserve to this experience!! Become a regular , you won’t regret it!!

Really pleased with my order. Everything was correct and all the salsas, bowls i received were fresh. Since quarantine it seems like the fast food industry has really gone down in quality but this visit really was good. The food tasted like the grand opening of the place where they put the extra effort.

Our family has been going there for several years. The food is great. The service in normally a bit slow for FAST FOOD. However, recently the service has become somewhat RUDE. This is a bit pricey for fast food so we probably won’t be going there as often as before.

I went through the drive thru, service is fast, the food would be good if I had eaten or tasted the meat in my food. I ordered a Tings Burrito and got a rice burrito with some pico and a slice of avocado. I found Some meat at the bottom of the burrito….. It was ok, I guess. I paid for sour cream and literally got a spoon full of it in a tiny cup. Less than an 8th of it. When I asked the girl at the window if she was for real she rolled her eyes and nodded yes, like I was stupid. Paid $32 for 2 quesadillas and a burrito and it was not worth the money, they put hardly to no meat on the food. Heck, think Taco Cabana across the street gives ya more than this place!

It was okay! People were super nice and helpful but the food was not that great! We got the 3 prince chicken with two sides and the quesadilla. The three piece chicken was dry and had little flavor. The quesadilla was really Spicy. I do like spicy food but this was too hot to even finish. Won’t be going back.
