The food wash very badly don’t have any taste I ordered 7 mares soup but no taste the virria tacos not taste then I ordered shrimp enpanadas they had too much oils on all foods was bad

Service was very kind and friendly. The burrito suizo and enchiladas were great. I also ordered tamales to heat up at home the next day,that were amazing. The tres leches was some of my favorite ever. Price for the amount of food was very fair.

I went there and ordered 9 birria tacos and my order was completely wrong. There was no vegetables on my order and no soup that came with my order. I called them as soon as I got home and the guy told me to come back in but at that point they closed in 15min. I told him I lived 20min away and that they would be closed so he told me to call the next day because there was nothing he could do without a manager. I called multiple times the next day and when they finally answered they told me there was nothing they could do because we ate the food. I explained to them it was almost 10pm and that I bought the food for my family. I couldn’t let the kids go without eating. I explained to him I took pictures of every taco that was there to show them because I wanted a refund. They said the only thing they can do was remake 4 tacos for me. Really disappointed. I do not recommend. If you do go there make sure your order is correct before leaving.

An expensive order for days old boiled ribs drizzled in some funky sauce. Chicken was dry with no flavors. The only thing they could not mess up were the fries. Called them up, got passed around and told to bring the ribs fir replacement. Why don’t you just use fresh meat rather than boiling them the days before. At least put it on the grill and pretend it was cooked. This was our first and last time. This place won’t be around if it continues taking these shortcuts. Spend your money elsewhere. We tried to mask the taste and smell with spices and it still smelled old so we put it in the most appropriate place, in the trash.

My ultimate go-to place for tacos! Before El Pollo Felix, it was called Los Sanchez and I absolutely loved it. I still love it to this day. The fries are just phenomenal! Really a hidden gem ❤️

They provided catering service for my event. Food was good, but at the end of the event, I was left with two trays of beans, two of rice and no carnitas or chicken left over. They took the meat which I paid for. Either pollo Felix’s servers took the meat or they just didn’t make what they agreed on. Disappointed! I did not get, what I paid for.

Does anybody else feel like the cashier is hitting extra buttons to make the sale more then it normally costs? And the food was thrown together. Terrible tasting street corn on a stick. And a customer came back with their food saying the tacos were soggy.i feel like I was robbed! Wouldn’t ever go there again I don’t recommend this place unless you want to be over charged for undercooked food.
