Pollo Chihuahua is a chicken lover’s must try. Asado styled bird is not just well seasoned and juicy, but a family pleaser. Everything is simple to order, right down to people who prepare it for the consumer. The place to me well be a “Hobbs’s Classic” .

The chicken has really good flavor, prices are ok expensive at all, the plate comes with rice, beans & salad.. chile toreado & flour or corn tortillas. Over all is good. The place needs a little renovation but besides that I like it.

The chicken was amazing, the pickled onions delicious, and the tortillas were perfect. Rice and beans, meh. I will be back for everything else! The reason for the 3 star rating on Atmosphere is because the smell of bleach was so prevalent, I couldn’t wait to get out of there to eat my food.
