Great Bolivian food! Certainly one of my most favorites as regular food tastes great (almost like at home), portions are a good size, and they have good packaging for carry-on. I also love that the place is nice with good music, tables, and even screens showing how beautiful Bolivian dishes are.

I have been here a few times already during my visits to the DC/Northern Virginia area, always looking for good Bolivian food, and this place never disappoints. Found out with this visit that they have karaoke on Friday nights, so you can say that you are being serenaded as you are eating and having some amazing drinks. Salteñas, Pique Macho and Silpancho were the selections for this trip and we were fully satisfied. Gracias!

PLEASE Do youreself a favor and GO HERE!!! This place is beyond fantastic, priding itself as one of the oldest Bolivian restaurants in the DMV area! Such an iconic location. If you are in DC, you need to come here and try this restaurant out. Staff and customer service are so friendly, I met a lady named Mimi there who I think is the owner and she provided me such welcoming hospitality. I felt important and cared for as a customer when I went in here. I proudly support!

Great service but the potato’s were dry and the meat was fatty…the drink wasn’t the best either it was very watered down and the pastel wasn’t really filled with cheese they were big but I barely got cheese at first it seemed very homey and looked good until I tried it

I have given this place too many chances out of comfort but today was the last straw. I always sit at the bar to order food to go. I always have to put up with the waitresses ignoring me, giving me attitude or being really obvious by looking at me and making me wait to get my food, I always just ordered 2 Salteñas to go. Today I decided to bring in my husband and daughter to eat in. Big mistake! We waited 10min and every single waitress ignored us, didn’t say hi or give us the menu, they just passed by our table and served other people that arrived after we did. When my husband got up and walked to the bar with an obvious angry look they started to act like they are polite, and caring about us. We ordered two Salteñas that are already done and that are a quick item to heat up and put ina box to go. Our order of two simple salteñas took 10 more minutes and my husband had to go ask again where our order was. The order was just sitting there getting soggy in the container!! There was no line, and we sat there watching as the tables beside us got their more difficult orders first. I truly don’t understand what their problem against me is, but I will never return to this place again. I don’t usually think this of Bolivian people but it feels like they are acting racist towards a Mexican Person!! VERY RUDE, DISMISSIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.
