Food was excellent. It’s well seasoned. I got the chilaquiles and they were great. I wish they were a little more spicy.

Pretty basic. Not bad, not memorable either. So many other places in the area with better tacos, not sure I would go back other than to try a few more dishes and make a final verdict. Here’s what we tried and the rating.

I had the day special milanesa. But Milanesa was so dry. I didn’t want to complain to the server cuze she seemed to be in a bad mood, that’s why 3 star service. The only good thing, even though milanesa meat was so dry, is that food was tasty. Parking is limited, but you can still park on the street.

Flimsy paper plates.. The young lady that works there is very rude and she messed up our order really bad. So I went to go ask her if they could redo our order and she gave us an attitude about it. Like as if it was our fault that SHE messed up the order. RUDERUDERUDE

Excellent machaca con huevos. Great salsa, and tortillas. Came with chips, and also a salad. Clean, decent parking, and reasonably priced. I recommend El Picoso.

Love this place. Nothing fancy, just great food. Burritos are awesome! I always ask for no rice in them, no problem. Beans are so good people order them on the side. Careful, red and green salsas are both HOT! Taquitos come in beef or chicken and the guacamole is great. They make their own Aguas Frescas(fruit and grain based non-alcoholic drink). There’s Jamaica(hibiscus flower), Horchata(rice based), and pina(pineapple). All delicious and not too sweet.
