Seating was prompt with friendly and welcoming staff. Staff were attentive in making sure we have drinks and extra chips and salsa with our meal. The fajitas were awesome! We had plenty to eat plus brought the extra home for lunch again the next day.

Came here with my father and this was the fastest I’ve ever been served in my entire life the food was so fresh, burritos nice and hot, but the lettuce and sour cream still chilled as well, not soggy like some places. I’ll definitely be coming back here soon. Waiter and cashier was also very friendly, too.

This was our first time at El Patron and we had great service! Teresa was our waitress and she was very friendly. Food was great and very affordable. I actually forgot my leftovers and came back after hopping on 26 and Teresa had saved them for me even though the table was already cleaned. We will definitely be coming back!

We have been coming here for years! We used to live across the street but now we live across town but this is still our favorite place in Kingsport. The food has always been amazing. The service has always been amazing. The staff is always super friendly. Our food always comes out super quick. Consistent no matter how busy they are. I will always recommend this place to anyone.

The food was ok. It was pretty watery in my taco salad. The sweet tea was excellent though so that’s why the three star rating and not two. The staff was friendly but while we were there it took so long for someone to come take her payment for the meal that the couple in front of us just walked out (which I thought was very rude of them). But the staff was friendly. It was a bit expensive for what we got though.
