In this visit I received all my condiments and napkins my food was freshly made and hot the service was fast, usually I wait for a while to get my order. This time there was only one car ahead of me. So yes fast service, the cashier had excellent customer service she was courteous. Thanks for your big smile. The feeling you get when you are appreciated when you stop by. Love it Thank you.

I placed an online order. My plan was to just pick up my food and leave. I get it, it’s a holiday, people are off, and it’s a little busy. I didn’t rush to get there, but I did wait longer to get my food. None of the employees acknowledged that I was even standing at the register. There was a gentleman taking the drive thru orders, but I didn’t exist to him. From the back, who I’m assuming was the manager, Rubi, she went straight to the customer after me, to refill his coffee. All I wanted was my order so I could leave. I’ve had bad experiences here before for the same issue, but I decided to give them another chance. Poor customer service, I don’t suggest going.

Our experience at El Pato on 23rd near the McAllen High School was awful. No customer service whatsoever. The employees were rude and the food was horrible! We ordered a plate of ” papas con huevo” and we got papas from last week! I told the attendant that the potatoes were old, and hard, simply awful and she said ” oh, well, the potatoes are pre-cooked!!.” They were not pre-cooked, those potatoes were from a month ago!!! What in the world happened to the good food they used to make back in the day? It was awful!!

This location is the worst! The Morning lady had an attitude problem since the beginning. The drive thru menu lights were off and they never answered, So she got bothered cause I was ordering at the window and then she parked us. She was the one who didn’t answered the drive thru so we went straight to the window. It wasn’t our fault!! They also Never came with my order outside. I had to get down cause everyone else was getting theirs. I only order two tacos!! Why did it took forever to do my order?? Never again coming to this location!!

We ordered the Flautas in this location, first time ordering here bc of the short lines, little did we know that the food here is disgusting. Look at the avocado they put, rotten, the flautas were cold and hard. Where is the rice?? The El Pato in 10th street is way better, they put more food than this. No wonder it always has long lines bc everyone goes to the one in 10th street. Never ordering food from here. Waste of money and time.
