So sad the food is good maybe because the cook is an authentic Mexican, but the service OH GOD… terrible. I asked for tacos, the charged me $2 for each salsa, when it’s supposed to be for free… I said this because I went the same location last week and they didn’t charge me for salsa, that’s ridiculous. Very unorganized!!! I mean, how are you going to eat those tacos without salsa ??? Explain that to me. They find the ways to overcharge you with no reason!! And when I asked the “manager”, she was absolutely nasty.

The food was seasoned perfectly and the portions were generous. Salsa was also good and the chips warm. My only complaint was the steak fajitas were on the tough side, otherwise I would have given the food a 4 star. I will try them again as the have it together in the seasoning department!

Updated 10/03: so a 40.99 pitcher only filled up two and a half glasses.. we were a bit disappointed.. do the manager said well the best way to order them is individually for 13.99 as that had a double shot in it.. so yeah for 50 dollars we could have had 4 stronger and better drinks than ordering a pitcher for 41 which only gave us 2 and a half.. sorry this is when a place should make it right.. that’s fine.. I’ll find another place for tacos now.

I can say that the food is tasty, however the environment is not clean. The tabletops and floor are oily. The bathrooms are old. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. The decor almost feels dated. I guess one is supposed to feel as if they are in Mexico…doesn’t work for me. Last meal there, they threw in a free long blonde hair into my fajitas. The server never brought the the complementary chips and salsa and noticed that the other server brought down out to her guest. She immediately asked me if I wanted any? That’s when I knew I was done. Drive to Gainesville for better options.

Our server was top notch. Food was good and we arrived at 1pm and tons of seating and parking. It’s right next to hwy 75, Publix, the gas station and a bunch of other places. Very affordable prices and you can’t beat the location.
