Had been on the hunt for GREAT wings and these were definitely some of the best I’ve tried in El Paso! The prices are great and the customer service was incredible! Adriana was our server and she was very attentive and made sure we had a great experience.

My first time here. Jasmine was very attentive and knew the menu thoroughly. She guided me to wing flavors that I heartily enjoyed. She also offered free samples of their different sauce options. I ordered bone in 10pc extra crispy. They were perfect. Crisp and also tender and juicy. Wings are similar size to Wingstop wings. I’ll return for more Extra Hot (habanero based) wings!

Leslie’s customer service is the worst I have seen at this place. She totally forgot to take my order and I waited for 10 minutes and she never got to our tablet to take our order. She asked the tablets around how they were doing, but didn’t even care of taking our order. She took other tablets orders that got there after us and I HAD TO STAND UP FROM MY TABLE TO GO AND ORDER and she says “Oh I didn’t take your order?” And she didn’t even care of apologizing to me. If customer is going to eat there, customer doesn’t have to stand up to order when all orders from the other tablets around were already taken. She even refused to make our order first before all the other tablets that got there after us just because they ordered first when she took their orders but not ours.

The Wing House had the second best wings I’ve ever had in my life. First being a little dive bar in Glendale AZ. I ordered the Garlic Parmesan and Medium Traditional. They were superb! The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was what you expect from a Wing Spot! Definitely coming back when I visit El Paso in the future.

I ordered 8 bone in wings online. They said it’d take 20 minutes but it took a little bit longer so I waited inside. There was a cool, laid back vibe inside of the restaurant. I got the hot sauce on my wings, extra wet. The wings had some good size but this “hot” is less spicy than the hot at buffalo wild wings. Overall, the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they got the time estimate wrong regarding how long it’d take to prepare the food. I’ll probably go again.

Hidden gem is a understatement!! The food was immaculate and cooked to perfection, EVEN AT 2 AM! The Sauces are some of the best you’ll ever eat and the amount of food for your money is the perfect ratio.

First, and last, time at EP Wing House. The food was decent to say the least. I ordered the Lemon pepper bone in and my wife ordered Buffalo boneless, I also ordered a margarita. There was only 1 person waiting on tables, there was about 4 tables, the order took approximately 40 minutes for us to receive our food. We overheard the waitress talk in Spanish to her coworkers and my wife, who only speaks Spanish, ordered her food in Spanish and the waitress would reply in English, she did this several times. The food was bland, the boneless you could tell were frozen and the taste was not that great. The margarita was horrible, no alcohol taste, there was a lady, not a bartender, who made the drink and she put a huge piece of orange fruit and a cherry inside the drink, never have I seen this in a margarita. I was expecting better service and food. Maybe for some people this is a great place and have had better service, but first impressions is what I usually go with and I won’t be coming back.
