Was greeted by 2 or 3 people when entering and then seated by the host. Sat and waited for almost 10 min. Never saw anyone, except the waiter for a nearby table who showed up at his table within 1 minute of it being sat. They were the only other table in the place. Plenty of staff seemed to be on hand.

Extremely long initially to get our drinks and blamed it on the bar. Then rarely checked on us, and blamed it on her “regular customers who liked to talk.” And then brought us only half of our desert and said they were out of ice cream (… only to find out they had it and she was too lazy to add it to the plate when complaining to the manager).

We visited El Paso and we are from out of town, I will say the food was exceptional. The service was absolutely wonderful. We had a great experience. I will most definitely go back. I’ve never had bean dip before like they had and it was so good! Very kid friendly.

Wife and I have eaten here a couple times before, but these last 2 were just us for lunch and we both did the A La Carte way to save a little money. We both were very much satisfied with very fast service and very good food. I had the steak burrito and she had the chicken enchiladas. We were both filled with that along with the chips and salsa. Service was top notch multiple people checked on us. Will be back.

My daughter and I come here about once a month. We came in today for lunch and both ordered the chicken fajitas. My daughter ate 3 bites of her fajita and found a long piece of hair in her chicken. Needless to say I lost my appetite as did my daughter. I asked the waitress to please get the manager. He came right over, he wanted to see the food with the hair in it and we showed it to him, he then apologized and took off the cost of my daughters fajitas. We left the food there and I still tipped. Thinking about it now, I feel like he should have taken off both of our orders of chicken fajitas bc I couldn’t eat mine after knowing my daughter had a piece of an employee’s hair in her mouth. It’s just disgusting. We will not be back here again. Very very disappointed.
