This place has great food! Burgers and tacos are excellent. Lots of parking here. A large dirt lot fit our truck and trailer no problem. Attached convenience store was well stocked. And also had beer/wine. Good place to fuel up too. Prices on fuel were reasonable.

A regular visit when traveling to or from Taos, El Parasol, has ALWAYS been a delight. Not so much this time. Sadly, my partner got a horrible case of stomach upset after eating the chicken tacos. I had beef and was spared. We’re not going to give up on El Parasol, but we may go back to the mid town Espanola location for a bit.

I always get the shredded beef tacos or the burger. Both of which are really good. This last time I got the asada burrito and I think that’s my new go-to. The absolute best asada I’ve ever had from a restaurant. I highly recommend it!
