Went here for breakfast, and so glad that I did! I had a breakfast burrito with bacon and jalapenos. Everything was fresh and delicious! Couple that with fast, friendly service and it’s a win!

This place is #1 for my family… The place is great and very clean. The staff is very friendly and my order is perfect. The food tastes exquisite and spicy. I have honestly eaten at other places and the food tastes more like chili. But El Parasol all the food is delicious and the hamburgers are delicious.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the 5th El Parasol we have tried. The tacos are fried to perfection. The bean burrito with red sauce hit the spot. We think the red chili was a tiny bit spicier here than we remembered elsewhere. The restaurant has a bit fancier decor than the other locations. LOVE the food can’t wait for our next trip to New Mexico.

My husband and I were visiting the area and decided to eat here based on reviews. I’m so glad we did! Their food is the most flavorful New Mexican food I have had, and I live in ABQ. The rice was the tastiest. The shredded beef tacos were amazing! The cookies were the best we’ve had and baked that morning. We will be driving the distance to eat there again.

$10.50 for this “Steak” burrito, it was mostly beans and mush. Was not good at all. Don’t order it. French fries were hot and fresh.

Got to our campsite late, didn’t eat dinner. Came here because it said breakfast burritos! We have had many in different states and these were incredible. We also bought tacos for the road. The restaurant was impeccably clean and staff quiet but very kind. Thank you!

The ground beef taco, chicken taco and veggie taco are great eats. Not too sure about the nachos, even though they say they are house made, it tastes very stale. The salsa is also stale. The hot sauce is a must-try. The horchata is too sweet but is worth the price with unlimited refills. The restaurant has a nice old town feel to it and it worth a visit.

One of the better fast casual meals I’ve ever had. I apparently don’t have a pictures of our tacos but I will share my one year old housing rice and beans. all the tacos and salsas were excellent and spiced perfectly. It’s a shame my husband doesn’t like avocado because the chicken was so tender. A great spot!
