Wow, bland and no flavor. Ive been to mexico and lived in Costa Rica for 2 years. Tons of mexican expats there and the food was great unlike this restaurant.

I believe this place is now called el nopal. It has a beautiful interior and aesthetic to it. The menu had all my favorites from child to now. Extremely authentic, with attention to details and homestyle foods. Especially if your from a coastal area, this place will satisfy your needs.

Don’t wa$t your money. Generic, bland and greasy. Service was okay. Took 10 minutes to get a drink in a empty restaurant …. If you can call it that. Cheesecake so old it had a hard dry outer layer. Chicken tacos so greasy my stomic turned after one. Sorry looking grey beans and pale rice with no flavor. I should have turned around when I seen the sad decor and empty dinning room. I’ve eaten better Mexican food at Taco Bell.

So far my first visit and I was impressed with the flavors of the food. I got tilapia with rice and beans . Fried tilapia the best ever in 3 states I’ve been. Drinks were a bomb. Jason was incredible guy take our orders and the rest of his family were very friendly. Prices are fair enough. Will back there sometime.

Absolutely the worst food. I got bacon wrapped shrimp. They brought me a plate with rubbery ends and pieces of bacon and slimy unpeeled shrimp. They asked me if I would eat it and I said no and they charged me for it anyway. It looked so nasty I didn’t even take bite!! Never going back.

Yes Traditional! Salsa hot but I prefer thick not watery. Had 3 tacos, 3 different meats and all we great! Beans are also homemade style so another plus. Family run and I would not hesitate to return!
