Ordered a taco salad. Taco salad was like soup. We told the waiter and management. They told us that sometimes it is like that. I never seen a taco salad like that in my life. It was taco soup in a shell. Shell ended up disintegrating from being watered down. A lady next to us ordered a taco salad as well. Her order was fine. Looked like a taco salad we are all familiar with. Waiter or management did not offer a replacement or a credit. We just had to deal with it. I will not be back as they lost me forever.

Steak was 60% fat and I asked for medium rare and was served well done. They tried correcting , bless thier hearts, but could not get it right the 2nd time. Bottom line: the cooks need better training and the actual service from the waitress was stellar very nice management was very nice. Maybe I was the unlucky one. But who goes to a Mexican restaurant for a steak? me… I will try them a 2nd time and I will not order the fatty steak next time. As for the atmosphere, not the restaurants fault but a family was cursing and carrying on pretty loudly made me uncomfortable. 3 stars total it’s ok

Went and did an online order and when I got home the food was not good and the crab tasted fake. Went in and tried to get a refund and was not able to due to me just not liking the food. I asked if I could get something different instead of a refund since I just spent $50 and was told I could not. He told me there was nothing he could do because I didn’t like the food. I told him that it made no sense that I couldn’t get something different or a refund because I didn’t like the food and he replied that it made no sense they had to waste money to make the food I didn’t like. Will never eat here again.
