Good service and great food. Decent price. Our second visit and just as good as first. Good portions. Cheese dip is delicious. Burrito Al Carbon with steak strips very good. I had cheese enchiladas and beef taco. All very good. Highly recommend!

As many in our community know, there are many locations of El Napol throughout our city. I frequently work in different areas of town and am able to visit some of these locations. I visited this location actually several times now , generally after noon and before 5. Each time a coworker and I were seated quickly and attended to just as fast to get our drink orders and drop off some chips and salsa. The service was very attentive and it was no time and our orders were delivered. Our lunch, a chicken burrito al carbon and my coworker had a steak salad , everything was very good. This has been the typical visit, I have found, at this location. I will also add that it has been very rare, maybe a couple times at most, where there were any issues with any part of the experience. If you enjoy Mexican food and atmosphere, you must give them a try, as I am sure most fans of this style of food have already done. Keep up the good work!

A little too the East of our normal hangout, but that can’t be held against them—there are a fair number in our immediate area as well. The restaurant is in a shopping complex with a named street in the middle of it; Google’s navigation instructions can be a little short in this area.

We had a party of 7 on a weekday and they were not busy. It took forever to get our food-part of it was wrong and they forgot half of the food. The food was not good. We waited over 20 minutes to get our check because the server was in the bathroom. And to top it off, I think they had bad chicken because my child was sick all night.

Hector was our server for myself and my step-dad to sit for a couple hours catching up (I’m in from out of town) and eat some queso and order takeout. Spectacular service, always there when we needed anything within seconds, never seemed impatient. Give the man a raise and I’ll be back next time. ¡viva Los nopales!

I eat here a lot. Usually for lunch. Never had a bad meal. Never had bad service. Everyone is friendly and the food is great. My only complaint is that sometimes a dish doesn’t have enough cheese! But I love cheese…I highly recommended this place.
