Just moved to Oregon about a week ago and my boyfriend and I have been trying all of the different food trucks that are close to where we live and this place is AMAZING! Hands down the best tacos in Hillsboro. They make their own tortillas to order. OMG so fresh so tasty. To say the least I’m obsessed with this place and definitely will be coming back Thank you so much!!

Boyfriend and I came here since we’ve been looking for a new taco truck to eat at. Got here at 8ish, which was an hour before closing. Started ordering and found out they were out of rice, so i couldn’t get a burrito supreme, no biggie. I got 5 street tacos (1 chorizo, 1 chicken, 1 cecina, 1 asada, and 1 al pastor) and a chicken torta – I was hungry. My boyfriend got other stuff, he’ll do his review separately. We had high expectations and wanted to like this place.

Horrible food. Tortillas are store bought not fresh like others were saying. I am really disappointed as it was rated 4.9 stars. By far the worst taco truck I have tried out of five in the Hillsboro area. Beware of the false 5 star reviews, probably friends and family that are lucky enough to not have to eat this garbage, but just give 5 star reviews.

Being born and raised in LA, it’s tough to find a good taco truck around this area. El Nevado de Toluca Food Truck definitely fits the bill. The food is delicious and the portions match the price fairly well. The staff is friendly and the food is prepared quick enough for you to enjoy your lunch time. If you’re ever craving Mexican street food, add this spot to your favorites.

I had the chorizo taco and my friend had the carne asada burrito we both agreed they were pretty good. The champurado was good as well. The price was a bit on the high side compared to L.A. prices but with the epidemic going on i can understand.
