This restaurant was a very pleasant surprise for my husband and me. We both love Mexican food and have tried authentic food in Mexico City and other parts of Mexico as well as countless restaurant nearby. The food here was very fresh, authentic, and hands down delicious. The portions were large but everything from the drinks to the chips and salsa to the meal itself were a delight. I got the Lengua a la Mexicana ( a type of tongue strew) and my husband got Huarache with Al pastor. The Al pastor meat so often has a funny taste to me, but the meat was very well flavored at this place. Truly, this has became my favorite Mexican restaurant in Utah County and I cannot wait to go back and try everything on their menu.

Overall — just okay. Looking at other reviews, I may have ordered the wrong item. Their breakfast burritos were a great size, but I wasn’t blown away. They were a little dry and lacked flavor. Needed some salsa or something! The chips and salsa were amazing though, so I’d like to give this place another try.
