Had a great visit to this spot tonight after a 12 hour work shift. Haven’t been to this restaurant in years. Gave it a try and had a wonderful experience! From the food, the Margaritas to the waitstaff and the front end, everything jived perfectly. Met with Sonya who stopped my husband and I on the way out to ask us if we enjoyed our experience, this is what I call customer service! Thank you El Jimador #9 for an enjoyable experience, we will definitely be back!!

Lunch at El Jimador was perfect. I had the beef fajita quesadilla and ordered the chunky guacamole. Everything was fresh. And I didn’t have to wait long for my food. I had terrific service. I will return frequently.

This restaurant is a must. This is our first time visiting, i must say it was definitely Excellent customer service, very welcoming and great authentic Mexican food. Sonja was very welcoming. Overall we left very happy with all aspect of service and the food was top tier. Will definitely return. O yeah please try the mango margaritas . Yummmm.

The female manger is horrible.I have been going there for years.I will never go back the service has really gone down under her management. My drink was so sour it was not good at all. The manager refused to replace it or even fix it, $25 drink which is crazy!!!. She didn’t care I’ve been spending an average of $100 every time I eat there. You may assume you want to keep your customers happy ….. Don’t go here if you want a good experience!!!! Horrible place to try to enjoy your free time!!!!!!!

We went tonight at 6:30pm we are both 60. We order each a margarita and a meal. When we got our meal there was a piece of kids jewelry in it we told our waitress. She took it and just walked away. No opologies. When we got our bill someone took off a margarita but still no apologies. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS. We could of hurt us if we ate it.

Walked in tonight and was greeted with such friendly faces. The staff is fast and efficient!! Everyone seems so happy to serve us! The food is the next best thing to homemade!
