Poor quality of service. In addition to the service being bad, the person who prepares your food does not attend to your request. I ordered a nacho with extra guacamole, and received only a free sample of guacamole and when I asked why so little and I had a rude answer. If you want good service, and better food, go to Chipotle.

I called to ask if they have they have Mexican hot chocolate and the guy he told me that he. I made sure to call since I am doing a one hour drive to enjoy this traditional drink and called few other places and they said they didn’t have it. The guy confirmed it and we drove over and it was raining but we’re looking forward to it. When we arrived we ordered our food then when we went to order the drink the same guy who answered the phone said they didn’t have it. I said but I just spoke to you and you said you had it and he said sorry not no. He didn’t offer to make it or anything else. This is crazy it is on the menu they confirmed it on the phone but when I go to order it it is not there. Very disappointed and would not come back just because of the service and not caring or giving out the right information.

Food: The quesadilla with carnitas was tasty. It’s cut into four pieces and made with shredded cheese which helps spread out the cheese, as opposed to whole slices.I liked that the quesadilla wasn’t as greasy as some other places, yet still very good. Two sides are included, your choice of salsa, sour cream, or guacamole. The red salsa wasn’t spicy at all to me; itwas a little watery. The guacamole is great and they give you a very good amount.

Ordered the steak burrito. No exaggeration, every single piece of steak was biting into a clump of fat and tough connective tissue. I basically paid for a tortilla full of condiments. They get 2 stars because the flan was good. Never again with this place.
