Stopped by for lunch on a Saturday. It was not busy. We were immediately greeted, and service was great for the duration of our visit. It was disappointing that our waiter had not “tried” any of the food to offer a suggestion. However, the pork belly burger was good. The onion jam was really good. Food was more than enough to fill me up. Prices are in line with what i would expect for the area.

Enjoyed hanging out at the bar and visiting with the bartender Edward. He’s got a great sense of humor and makes good conversation. They’ve got these 3 different tequilas that are infused with stuff. One has jalapeños and pineapple, another has mixed fruit, and the last had strawberries and mint leaves. We didn’t try any food this time. We just had drinks and relaxed.

Our party of three showed up on a weekday right after they opened, somewhat expecting a standard casino fare. El Jefe’s blew my expectations away. I’m well known in my family for ordering a burger even when i really should be trying something new, but their belly burger was so good that I would say it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. Sweet onion jam, fatty seared pork belly, and a nice soft bun were balanced perfectly.

Great food and great service. Had the Texas BBQ Burger which was very delicious and huge! It also came with a generous amount of fries. Shout out to Jane for being such a great server! Definitely recommend asking for her when you come.

We were in town for a concert. The concert was experiencing delays and we decided to get food since we couldn’t get in yet. We ordered the street corn and Nachos appetizers. The flavor was great! The street corn was nicely seasoned, but a little “watery.” WOULD ORDER AGAIN, even though it’s expensive for what it is.

Cool place, food super good (I am mexican ) the portions are huge. The street corn my fav, the Birria plate was delicious as well as the pork belly tacos. The diferent types of beans was a nice touch , rice is not the typical rice you eat in a regular Mexican restaurant here in USA. The two things to improve is tortillas, bc they were cold and they break so I couldn’t make me a taco from the Birria and the music , come on ! It’s a Mexican restaurant put mariachi no Dua Lipa. I will try it at night when they transform the place into a club.

The waiter blonde hair from Europe originally was excellent. The chef made the best molcajete my wife and I ever had. Chef even came out to thank us on the complaint we gave. We will be back for sure!

Came here for lunch. The place was not busy at all which was awesome! Service was excellent as was the food! We got the chips with salsa flight and steak and chicken fajitas. Big portion for fajitas…the 2 of us split it. I will definitely come back the next time I’m in the area.
