Well worth the detour to have some amazing birria tacos and tortas. The tacos have a nice little crunch that balances the juicy consommé birria. It’s a little bit spicy and tasty. Not too salty. The torta has also a little crunchiness on the edges and super moist birria. Staff is super friendly. Highly recommend.

We ordered the quesabirria and tacos! GREAT FOOD! GREAT SERVICE! RECOMMEND STOPPING HERE IF YOU’RE INTO REAL AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD Atmosphere wasn’t bad considering it’s next to a busy road. Indoor or outdoor seating available.

So fortunate my eyes spotted the “We’ve got the good stuff. Birria all day” sign on the way to a Thai place. And this didn’t disappoint. Authentic tacos done street style. Now, they had just run out of birria, which is a good sign to me. Legit, not heavy tacos. Classic. Tried the Gordita too.

I went here for lunch today. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Helped us decide what to order. Everything we ordered was amazing! The homemade salsa was the bomb. Would definitely recommend this place. I only wish I lived closer so I could go here all the time.! very authentic and amazing food

I usually buy the Taco Birria as my Brother in Law Brian showed me. The sauce is really good, and so are the salsas they offer. The atmosphere is nice and pleasant, and they have both indoor and outdoor seating. They also have a wide selection of food, beverages, and frozen goods such as Popsicles. The wait staff or kind and the food is out pretty quick, especially if there is no wait. I’ll have to try other entrees and meals, and also see what they have to offer. This place is great for take out, a summer dine in, and any other time.

Food is just mid, they really skimp on the meat and the carnitas and Al pastor are really fatty. Salsa is good but that’s about it. Menu is EXTREMELY pricey. For 6 small, fatty tacos we paid over $20. Rude servers, not willing to explain or help at all. Not worth the 4.5 rating it has AT ALL. Really not worth it.

Huarache’s food is on point. It’s the most authentic I’ve seen this far north from Mexican cuisine I’ve experienced. Those experiences came from almost 8 years of working near the border in Southwest Texas, Southeast New Mexico, Phoenix, and San Diego .
