Tried out El Fresco-Sterling for lunch today. I was impressed. I had the enchilada special which included 2 enchiladas ( 1 beef and 1 chicken) along with rice and beans. The portion was large enough to make 2 meals. Good flavor. In addition they have a condiment bar which has 6 different salsa’s from mild to hot. All were excellent. Will definitely come back.

Since the opening of the restaurant I have enjoyed their delicious food several times. I just recently tried the Mexican pizza. It was very fresh and tasty. The food is always ready when I arrive. Maybe we got a wrong batch of chips? when me and my gf walked in and got in line, they were somewhat busy. We ordered a chicken nacho supreme platter and a Steak and cheese burrito. While we waited, the gentleman offered us some chips which were kind of stale, which we assumed was just because of timing and what not. When the nachos came out, we had hopes that it tasted as good as it looked and to our dismay it wasnt. The chips for the nachos were also stale. Maybe we came at a bad time? idk but all i know is that we may or may not be coming back if the chip situation doesn’t change
