First time trying this place, all the food we got was delicious. The first and last pictures are the California burrito, next to it is the fugon nachos, then the gringas and two steak tacos. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. True authentic delicious Mexican food I will definitely be coming back!! Also reasonably priced compared to others in the area

Big portions! Got a taco salad plus rice, the group agreed it was delicious. We also got a Cola Chicken and Chimichanga Special both were quite delicious, but still need improvement. When we read authentic we were expecting more new/modernized flavor but overall it was good. Service was good as well. Atmosphere need a lil more work as well.

Portions were good. The beans were a little runny for my liking and had too much cheese in them. Kids taco had nothing but meat in it and it was super small. The queso birria tacos were super greasy, but had good flavor. Lastly, where were the tortilla chips? We were excited to try this place, but we’ll definitely be going back to our regular taco place.

Sad that this was not a good experience. The chips were stale. The tacos were soggy and have no seasoning or really any flavor. I asked for my tacos to have the cilantro and onions and my husband wanted lettuce and tomato and we both just got lettuce and tomato. Our waiter didn’t understand enough English to correct our order or bring us more chips to replace the stale ones, which wouldn’t have been a big deal if we didn’t have problems.

We love the Auburn hills location. Used to go at-least once a week. We just moved to the area & we were thrilled to see an El Fogon over here. We ordered our usual meal which was a HUGE disappointment, the beans tasted as if someone ashed a cigarette in them! It even smelled like cigarettes. The rice was flavorless. The Queso was watery. The chips were stale. The Leche Cake tasted spoiled. Save your money $$.

I’m new too the area. I’ve been looking for good Mexican food. This place was my first try.. very disappointing. The ground beef in the tacos no taste. They need to season that beef up. I don’t know what kind of steak they gave my girl. But did not look the steak it was chopped up. They’re chips were stale. And the queso running as hell, the should of served a straw in it.. Rice and beans nasty. I was even disappointed with their churro. I’m even more disappointed I got bad Mexican food from actual mexicans. Wast of 37 dollars.. I’m starving

My family of 5 dined in and it was wonderful! The service was amazing and the food was delicious! We now make this a standard rotation for dinner weather it’s take out or dine in. Either way the food is always delicious tasting!
