Came here for dinner and was greeted with friendly service, my boyfriend is African American and he did not experience any sort of racism like one reviewer claimed. The other African American couple was greeted in the same friendly manner so if I were to guess no one there is racist. Just because you came late and we’re told no doesn’t mean you have to claim racism. The food was good, place was cute one star taken off cause it was a little bit dirty and could use a sweep and a table wipe. But rest assured you will get good food at a reasonable price and not be subjugated to racism.

My boyfriend and I went to this place for the first time yesterday. The food was very good, I recommend the carne asada dinner. I really like how this restaurant looks. It’s very clean and it’s beautiful. You can also sit outside, they have tables. We got a lot of food so it’s good for the price. The people were friendly and we will be coming back

The staff is indeed racist and as a result I will be filing a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice-Civil Rights Division. I am an African American Woman. I entered this restaurant on 7-27-23 at around 9:20. They don’t close until 10pm. The minute that I walked in the cashier stated that myself and another guy (white guy)had to order our food to go the minute we walked in, there is no signage that suggest that this is what we have to do. She said that the lobby was closed, I found that strange because I had visited the restaurant before I was permitted to sit down and eat after 9pm. I ordered my food. As I waited for my food they laughed to each other about what had just happened. Before I left I asked if that was how things went with the lobby being closed, she said the lobby is closed at 9pm I made sure to mention that I had eaten at the restaurant after 9pm before and it was never mentioned that I could not . So I took my food and ate it in the car in the parking lot. At about 9:40 I attempted to order more food and at that time I was told that the cook had cleaned the grill with chemicals and that they could not fix me anymore food so I walked out and sat in my car because a man who was Hispanic like them had pulled up and went in to order. I watched from my car as he ordered, paid and waited for his food to be cooked. He then walked out with food after I was told that they could not make me any food. This is a perfect example of discrimination based on race. People fought hard for us to have equality and that’s why there are laws in place to stop this type of behavior. It is unacceptable and I will take the steps to make sure that no one else has to write reviews like this on or the other ones that I have read the are echoing the same sentiments. No one deserves this type of treatment.

I was driving by and saw this place and decided to stop in. I looked at the reviews and pics. The food looked good so in I go. The staff was nice and helpful. I always try a taco dinner of steak, chicken, ground beef. The chicken was the best. Nice and juicy. The steak was bland. That can be remedied easily. The ground beef was good, just a bit dry and a lil more seasoning needed but everything was good. This place is definitely a spot I WILL hit up again. The tamales are good but very very small for $2.50. If you got #2 tamales for $2.50 it would be worth it.

Customer service means nothing to them. They are the ones who will mess up your order completely but do nothing to make it right and then blame the customer. Also, when I walked in, the girl was too busy watching the soccer game and couldn’t focus on doing her job accurately. Which makes sense why she didn’t get the order correct on the phone. Didn’t even repeat the order back to make sure it was correct and then rushed off the phone. Lazy employees

Service was awesome! The woman that took our lunch order was soooooo nice and accommodating. Salsa was good but needed a little salt. Gorditas were on point! Rice was solid too. Highly recommended!

Was in the mood for tacos and decided to give it a try after driving by it a few times before. It was a great call. I pretty much try the regulars with a taco dinner on my first visit. The chicken tacos were pretty decent, but I can’t lie…I have had better. The refried beans and rice were pretty good…wish they were hotter when I sat down to eat, but that’s on me and traffic going home. However, the steak and pastor tacos…maaaaaaaan. Those were LEGIT. The food was prepared pretty quick, friendly staff, great parking, and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be back.
