This place is delicious. Authentic Mex. The staff is wonderful and you’ll feel right at home. Flavors were wonderful. Everything is homemade.

This is a real hole in a wall type of place, it’s Mexican restaurant but the environment is really welcoming. I had their Green Chilaquiles with 3 eggs over easy and OMG! Their were sooo good! My wife had their Asada Gorditas, and we come to find out that those are hand made as well as their quesadillas. I have gone back to this place multiple times now and never disappoints! Definitely recommend for anyone trying to have a Real homemade style dish. I always find myself buying some to go to share with my coworkers.

Chilakil has the BEST humbling home food you can get in town you all plates are great, the place is not the best looking but like they do not judge the book by it’s cover, it’s the best in town

The food is delicious, but wow, wow, wow haci como dijo el perro. We had problems with the inexperienced waitress from get go. Many items on the menu (poster taped to the wall) were not available. I asked for a replacement item, and was told they could not make it.

This place was highly recommended to eat but it is not a place for a big group to eat. Our table was in the middle of the restaurant but their swamp cooler was blowing air towards us. We kindly ask them to turn it off because we were getting cold. The waitress did turn it off but in 3 mins she went back to turn it on high with an attitude. She didn’t offer to sit us at a different table or explain why she turn it on. As first time customer’s the message was sent clear we don’t need need your business and you can go somewhere to eat.

The food was unique. I mean, I was expecting something generic but I did not know this place made hand made tortillas. I order the quesadilla and it brought back very special memories. My grandma used to wake up at 4am to make those delicious, amazing, hand made tortillas so we can eat with our Mexican food and it just brought back those unique memories that were forgotten long ago. I will definitely recommend this place if you like to eat hand made tortillas.
