What a wonderful restaurant with a great view, excellent food and professional service. Our group of 18 were all really happy with our experience! Definitely a place to visit when in Chino Valley

El Charro was an interesting experience. This is the first time I have visited there. Staff was attentive and friendly. Food was good and prices were fair. Margaritas were actually quiet good and fairly priced. I enjoyed the experience. The only issue is that it is in Chino Valley and is a fair distance from my home and is kind of located fairly far off the main road. However that being said, the view and outside setting made up for the long drive. Give it a try.

Really great tasting food! The service was great. The menu says which foods are spicy. Our bill for lunch for 3 adults was about $60.00, which may seem expensive, but the food was worth it. This is the best restaurant in Chino Valley!

Nice restaurant in chino, perfect on a sunny day. The food was well plated and looked nice, nothing amazing as far as flavor/taste but is good. The drinks were very good however and I also enjoyed their salsa! They also have cornhole and horseshoes out front. And the staff was all very kind, nice to talk to, and patient

I just moved to the area, and I decided to try El Charro yesterday, 8/16/2023. Needless to say, the experience was absolutely awful. Kelly, the bartender, was extremely condescending and she prioritized speaking negatively about her coworkers and boss Gary (I HOPE YOU SEE THIS) over making my drinks. After a little while of sitting at the bar and listening to the gossip while sipping on my drink, I decided to order food from a table and not only did it come out 20+ minutes after I ordered it, but it was also burnt! I was and still am not a happy camper. If my bill is $30+ for one person, then I expect to receive my food unburnt and in a timely manner (especially when it’s not too crowded in the restaurant- maybe the kitchen was short staffed?). The one alright thing about the place was that the men’s restroom was nice and clean, but it was rather small, and even though there weren’t many people, I had to wait in line for the restroom. All in all, I would definitely not recommend this restaurant.

I have just had the most amazing experience at this restaurant. Our server Melanie was a delight and our food came out very very fast. We sat in the back room and it was so incredibly beautiful. The scenery inside was just as beautiful as the scenery outside. We have found our new favorite place to eat!

Kind of off the beaten path in Chino Valley but well worth the trip. Cozy bar. Great food. Great service. Nice atmosphere. El Charro Norte has it right. Had a beer and chips and salsa at the bar while I waited for to go. Cool place

WOW, WHAT A GREAT RESTAURANT, 10-STAR WORTHY!! Justin immediately took us into hand, as soon as we got seated, and immediately lead my fiancee and I through the menu of many great sounding choices. We both picked directly from our waiter’s thoughtful suggestions, along with a few other delicious sounding choices we grabbed that had caught our eyes. Not only was everything cooked to PERFECTION, Justin (our waiter) was extremely attentive, appearing often and from every side, at any given moment, and always with a cheerful smile on his face! Thanks for my families wonderful night out El Charro del Norte!!
