The food was great and pretty quick too. The service was on point. Everything tasted so good! Definitely would like to go back, maybe at night when it’s cooler. It was kinda warm in the dining room.

This Review is intended for anyone who has not been here before so you know what to expect. It was our first time here also. We saw it on Instagram and wanted to try it out.

It was my first time here, and I absolutely loved it. Excellent customer service by everyone from the girl who sat us to our waiter. The food was really good. Dessert amazing! I can’t wait to go back.

This is my new favorite. Everything is excellent here. The bread service is different everyday. I tried the Bourdain Ramen. My friend had the Panzón. We did not have a reservation but we were early and we able to get a table. I recommend getting a reservation.

4.5 stars I loved the food it is el paso summer and that means time for family fun and food. This place is a must if you’re in town visiting or lucky enough to have this year around. It slaps.

Absolutely love everything about this restaurant. Even if it’s half an hour from where I live, I never hesitate to drive there with friends. The food is a culinary treat for the eyes and taste buds. The creativity and genius of the chef is to the roof. The fresh, warm tortillas served with miso butter to start you off along with another appetizer (different each time) is always a nice surprise even for those who have been there a few times. I’m Whole Foods/plant based and one thing that is annoying when going to other restaurants is I feel like I don’t eat as well as my companions who don’t avoid meat and meat products. Not at El Charlatan. There’s enough amazing choices even for people who are vegan/vegetarian. The fusion of Mexican with Asian cuisine is an explosion of flavor and a party in my mouth. No one else in El Paso (or Texas) does this better. Some of my favorites are the eat your heart out vegan ramen, the baos and my friends love the fried chicken seasoned with Mexican flavors. Sooo worth the drive and I will keep introducing many more people to this wonderful place.

The food was simply outstanding, and the atmosphere was electric. There was a blend of Asian-Mexican flavors that compares to no other. It’s worth the visit and to sample all the different dishes!

This place is absolutely beautiful if you’re looking for a Mexican and Japanese fusion, this is the best place! The food is the die for. I tried the Campechano ramen, which contained pork belly and chicken. 10/10 I also appreciate how friendly my server was, as well as all of the free food he brought to our table to try out. Please give this place a go. It’s worthwhile.
