The food is usually really good and I like that their tripas are usually crunchy unlike every other place but only when the young couple is there cooking. It was 2 older women today. When I ordered over the phone they didn’t ask for a name and when I got home I found a hair in my guarache de tripa. The tripa was really chewy compared to other times I’ve ordered it. Its still 5 star food but will only be ordering when the couple comes back.
