I was here twice this month and I was able to eat the delicious food but the staff is unhygienic the waitresses touch their hair and touch the food and I could see a lady at the window I could see her name tag Roxana Velazquez this delivering the food to the waiters with one hand taking the food and the other talking on the phone, which is bad hygiene. I was there for almost an hour and Miss Roxana Velasquez spent all that time on her cell phone

There’s airport food, then there’s good food. This was good food. I got the chicken burrito on a bed of chips and queso dip. It was fresh! And you could hear Mexican music playing from the kitchen so you know just how authentic this good stuff is. Request to management, get some silverware. I don’t like using plastic forks and knifes on good burritos. Thank you to the friendly staff, very hard workers.

I was looking for breakfast before my flight. I almost went to the crepe place but didn’t like that all the tables surrounding it were dirty. El Centro looked clean and inviting. Besides, this was the only sit down restaurant with table service in Terminal B/C that was open for breakfast at 6:30 am in the morning.

I’ve never had a meal this delicious in an airport, and the server was so very lovely. Thankfully the pub kiosk across the way didn’t have the sliders OR the craft beer their sign advertised, so I ended up here thinking I’d get tacos instead. Turns out they have a burger that is seasoned to delicious perfection AND comes with guacamole! Skip the aioli and add a side of the incredible salsa to make it even better.

I had an hour to kill before flight so I sat at the bar and had a margarita and steal quesadillas. Was really good. The had a spicy mayo in it that I thought was good. Friendly service. And food came out quickly. I think you’ll enjoy this place if you have time for a drink and/or food. Give it a shot!

Horrible service. We landed at Reagan Airport at 9 pm and were starving and went to this restaurant. We were refused service and told the kitchen was closed even though there was clearly a sign that said the restaurant was open until 10pm. The on-site manager could not have been more rude and when we pointed out the sign said they were open until 10 pm, he said “Great. We’re still closed.” and turned his back to us.
