Really good food that’s consistently delicious. We had a large group so we had to wait 20 minutes for a table. They were super busy and we still got all of our food within 30 minutes. Margarita was ok. Always a good place to stop in.

First time customer, me and my wife stopped in to try Mexican cuisine. At the door was a special advertised as king Kong burrito. I ordered this special because I was so hungry. Me and my wife was served chips and salsa and let me tell you they was very good. When my order came it was hot. I hate being served cold food. This burrito was delicious. The meats inside with the flavoring was to die for. Chicken, beef, shrimp rice with green peppers, onion and black beans … ahhhh it was divine. Pic in description shows how big it was. I could not finish. I managed to eat 3/4 of it. Compliments to the chef. Real Mexican food that has flavor!

I ordered the OMG Nachos and they were OMG delicious! Perfectly seasoned grilled steak, chicken and chorizo over layered chips topped with queso, sour cream lettuce cilantro and jalapenos!. Could easily be shared by two.

We were in the area and did a “Google search” and decided to try El Cazador. Luckily, they had everyone spaced out which made us feel comfortable eating inside. We were quickly seated, waited on, nachos as we sat down and drinks to follow. We were so hungry I ordered their Nacho Special— it was out fast and Amazing!! PLENTY OF TOPPINGS and pictured below!! I am usually disappointed with nachos— lots o nachos, little topping, NOT here!! The toppings were delicious and loaded including lots of delicious grilled chicken and steak! I had the Arroz con Pollo— delicious! Two of my kids ordered the Mexican Burger with fries— loved them!! Everything was delicious, fresh and fast! For dessert, we ordered fried ice cream and churros. Both were delish but the churros were to die for! We had a family of 8 (Grandpa, Mommy, Daddy & 5 kids… the youngest being 1 year old twins). I’ve been reading a lot of reviews complaining about “not enough help,” and I know how frustrating that can be for the establishment and patrons, that was definitely not the case here. All of the staff were extremely friendly and very attentive.

Me and my fiancée went here a few weeks back for lunch. When we arrived there was a small, hairy, man about 2’5″ dressed in small purple and green robes with a brilliant wizards hat adorned with yellow stars all over standing at the entrance. When i went to the door i asked if he would please move aside to which he responded that he would only move aside if i “answered his riddles three.” Puzzled i agreed to this battle of wit if only to allow us passage into the sacred restaurant. His first question was “have i accepted christ as my lord and savior” to which i responded that i havent. A smile crept out of his wrinkled face as he produced a pamphlet in his hands eagerly handing it to me. He began talking on and on about how important it was that i accepted him as soon as possible, However, as i skimmed the pamphlet i noticed something more sinester at play. This was no ordinary missionary eager to spread the word of god. It was a Jehovah’s Witness. As soon as i realized this i ran as fast as i could back to my car with my fiancee in tow. The small man yelled for us to come back as he still had two riddles for us. I was able to resist the urge to go back and luckily got away. I wasnt able to actually eat here but that food sure did smell nice.

This is by far one of my favorite Mexican places to go for lunch. I love their salsa and chips. I have tried several different meals on the menu and really enjoyed every one of them. My favorite it the Pollo Tropical so far.

This was our first visit to Appomattox and to El Cazador. OMG!!! Such good food. The queso on my meal and my meal was fantastic. Same for my wife’s meal. The chips and salsa were soooooo good. Definitely a keeper and high on my list. Definitely a two thumbs up. . If I had five thumbs, they would get the all. Yummy!!!

My absolute favorite restaurant anywhere. You want Mexican, you are in the right building. You want service you haven’t seen in years? You’re in the right place. Drinks, food, vibes everything comes quick to the table. This place is a good spot to catch up with buddies or have a nice evening out with your partner. Either way you are sure to have a great experience. The chips and salsa will flow and the light crispy chips are phenomenal. I would recommend the Chori Carne, you will not be disappointed. Also 34oz brews, go for the Dos Equis 34oz. It won’t disappoint

We had dinner here tonight. They were sanitizing tables after people leave. The food was awesome and I recommend the cheese dip with the chips. I ordered the seafood fajita which I have pictured but honestly any of the fajita meals are good.
