Horrible experience. The food under seasoned, the beans have no taste , the rice was hard. And that tres leches was cut was horrible and was stinking. The worst customer service. Will be calling the department of health.

We used to always come to El Carbonero, we moved and now come once in a while. The menu has not change for years, the kids loved the pupusa revueltas, I loved their steak, which came a little cold- this hasn’t happened before- this time the music was Banda, Mexican regional and we got a little tired of it. Please, please..variety and right volume is the key.

The food was okay at best. The service was awful!!! Since tips are included in the bill the servers aren’t much help. My server instead of being helpful kept forgetting our drinks and meses up our food order. Not to mention the servers all sat at the first table in the restaurant to sit on their phones and talk with each other. I would not recommend!!!
