We had a party of 8, and 2 people had to send their plates back as the Chile’s tasted as if they may have been on the verge of spoiled. I guess with any natural product you can get a few bad ones but I hope the quality control takes a step up to check if possible before they are battered and fried. Awful food…the enchiladas had so much cheese it was more like a casserole. It was the same with the beans…rice tasted weird…service was awful. The cashier even made a smart alec comment to me while I was leaving (I didnt say anything when she says “thanks for coming in” so she says “you’re WELCOME!”)…ha! This place is a joke.

Delicious salsa, huge portions, wonderful chile rellenos! Tasty breading, smothered in cheese and chile sauce. Hint: if you think you want to order three instead of two, think again, that’s a LOT of food! Tulia TX isn’t much to look at, but they have a superb Mexican restaurant!

The food was really good. The hot sauce was nice and spicy and chips crispy and tasted fresh. Enchiladas and rellanos were really good. Waitress was very friendly and made sure everything was going good. The restraunt itself needs a renovation or at least some new carpet.

For the price, I was expecting an authentic meal. The food was horrible. The fajitas tasted like they had been boiled. The rice tasted like rice a roni. The tortillas were cheap store bought. A family member had chilli rellenos. There was no beef inside them. Just crusty chilies with cheese. I did enjoy the grilled onions. The waitress and host were very nice.
