I quite liked El Cabrito. It’s not perfect, but it’s exactly the sort of authentic Mexican food you hunt for but so rarely find.

Embarrassed to say we have lived her for 3 years and never tried this place until tonight.. wow! This place is as legit as it gets and really tastes authentic. We had the mole enchiladas with pork and 4 tacos and devoured it all. Next time we will be trying the highly rated molotes. Lovely staff and reasonable prices for what you get. If you haven’t visited here yet, make sure you plan a stop soon!

This unassuming little restaurant tucked between businesses on Ambaum Blvd is a gold mine for authentic southern Mexican food. They have a small menu, and the restaurant is spartan but clean and neat, but they’re all about the mole. If you are a Mole critique and fan, you’ll be hard-pressed to find another restaurant in Seattle that meets or beats theirs. They have a quaint patio for outside dining off the parking lot.

20 tacos for $78 after tip is a lot and very tiny tacos with little to no meat. Flavor wasn’t great on the pastor. Meh. ALSO THEY DONT SERVE GOAT EVEN THOUGH THE NAME IMPLIES

Wow, really good tacos. I just tried this place because of an instagram post I saw. I had no idea it was there. Super flavorful tacos. I had vegi and chicken mole. Seriously, close to the best tacos I have ever eaten. I can not wait to go back and try other things on the menu! I sat outside in the back. Really sweet outside area. Nothing fancy, but sweet. I had 4 tacos, chips and guacamole and a beer and it was $25 +tip.

Muy delicioso! This place serves up high-quality food packed with authentic Oaxacan flavors. If you’ve never had one, make sure you save room for one of their Oaxacan-style quesadillas, you won’t regret it!
