Where do I begin. I went on Wednesday and I asked Megan what is Bistek a la Mexicana? Her response was it’s just chunks of steak . That’s ridiculous and she need to be trained. Or she doesn’t care about costumer service. I got a Beef soup to go and It took 15 minutes to get my soup. I know the soup isn’t made daily, because I got home and it was still FROZEN . I wanted to go back and give it back, but I didn’t wanted to wait more time. Man their cashiers are on their phones while bagging the food which is unsanitary. This is the last time I’ll go there.

I walked into the restaurant, no hi, how can I help you. I had to speak before the cashier would take my order. Other than that she was pretty nice. I ordered a bunch of steak tacos and they were terrible. All of them were super dry, chewy and extremely overcooked. I just tossed them in the garbage because that’s where they belong. It’s so sad that the quality of your food isn’t taken seriously.

I ordered the two combo special ( beef taco & chicken quesadilla) food was delicious, quesadilla was extra cheesy, the rice could use more flavor though. My coworker told me that this was one of their better locations and I agree, as I would return!
