The food, though a little pricey for evening, was plentiful! I had enough to make a meal for the next day, so it was not so bad considering two meals for one price. It was not too bust when we first entered, but then it got really busy, quickly. The waitress had to hustle to keep up and did fantastic job doing so.

I had been wanting to try out a Mexican restaurant that wasn’t a chain and I am glad I did! Everything about this place has me wanting to go back tomorrow. The food was so delicious! It felt as if I was invited into someone’s home and served a plate as a part of the family! As far as I know, this is a new, family owned restaurant coming up in the midst of a recession so I do suggest having some patience after your order is placed since they are a little short staffed. I do promise that the food is worth the wait, though! For the appetizer, I had the chorizo dip which was TO DIE FOR!!!!!!!!! Then I had the nachos supreme with added fajita steak. I could cry with how good that food was. :’). I also had the mango margarita which had the perfect amount of alcohol and fruity flavor! I’ll definitely be back and hope that they continue to prosper despite the current state of the economy!

Best Mexican Restaurant I’ve found in Pitt County. Servers are super friendly and helpful. I had a steak and shrimp dinner that was very tasty and cooked perfectly. My wife had Chimichangas, and both of our girls had a chicken, bacon, and chorizo dish. Cheese dip was delicious and I was very happy to see that they offer a rice and cheese sauce dip side. Salsa was delicious and the rest of the table said that the guacamole was excellent (I don’t eat guacamole, it’s a texture thing for me). Highly recommend. Only reason I didn’t give the atmosphere 5 stars was because one table let their little girl scream at the top of her lungs for most of our time there.

I had lunch here yesterday afternoon, and I have to say the customer service I was given was OUTSTANDING! My server Reina was so friendly and on top of everything. She checked on us the right amount of times, my drinks were always refilled, and the food was amazing. She shared her recommendations which were the Enchiladas Verdes and I took her up on it and they turned out to be fantastic.They restaurant did the best thing when hiring her. I hope she stays for a while and continues to fill the restaurant with her positive and kind personality.

Went in April 2023 with my wife. I had the la jefa parrillada fajitas and it was delicious. Chicken, meat and shrimp were all seasoned perfectly. And the portion size filled me up. Impressive margaritas as well. I’ll try and get back soon!
