One of the few places where the price to quality & quantity of food ratio still makes sense. In other words: great restaurant with good service and great food. Had the Texas fajitas for two and they were excellent. Had the frozen margarita flight, which was nice; out of those I liked the coconut and sangria rita the best, but that is obviously very personal taste.

The Alambre was a delicious skewed mix of chicken, shrimp, and steak with vegetables and, I believe, even a few scallops thrown in! I added pineapple (diced) for a little extra vacation extravagants. The kids cleared their plates of the the Texas Fajita (wow @ the flavors) and grilled chicken plater. And, they asked for the appetizer sampler to-go for the next day – #vacaysplurg.

Went and had dinner. Ordered chicken chimichangas and beef tip burrito. The chimichangas were good, but the beef tips while tender were not seasoned at all it was literally like plain pot roast. Chips and salsa were standard. Service was extremely slow, especially as its off season at the beach. Overall, we were disappointed, unfortunately.

Hands down the best refried beans on the planet they are light, creamy, the perfect consistency & flavor. Flour tortillas are very tender, salsa is delicious, and they have a number of vegetarian options ! Very good margaritas. Service is also very good. Friendly staff. Been there half a dozen times and look forward to returning.

My first time dining at El Azteca, with a group of friends. I had heard great things, and was not disappointed! Great food and drink, excellent service!!! Highly recommend, and will definitely be going back on the regular!

The place is nice, crowded. The customer service is usual, because it’s crowded, no one have the time to be super nice, but fully understandable! The food quality was good, but nothing more than usual for for Latino place, nothing special. I asked for their beer, non, sold out. Prices considered less than similar restaurants within the area, quantity pretty fair ! Couldn’t finish any of meals we had. Limited options for kids. Will use some updates. It’s a place that you come if you like more quantities of food !

Table was a bit sticky. The food was delicious. I could have used a few more tortillas for my fajitas as the meat and veggies were generous. The drinks from bar were slow to come to the table but well worth the wait.

I’m not from the area, getting some much needed away time with my kids. Everything closes btwn 9:30 and 10pm. We made it to this restaurant we passed earlier about 30 minutes before closing. I was about to leave when one guy in that restaurant (wish I would’ve gotten his name) took my order. I could have cried. My baby was hungry and fussing because we didn’t check the times for everything here. Not his problem but he did it. The food was amazing and my baby was so happy saying “yum yum” with every bite lol she needs to go to bed for real. I am so thankful for that really nice guy.

A really nice ambience. My favourite was the metal sculptures of two traditional musicians up on the main wall. The hostess who seated me was welcoming and attentive. The gentleman who was my waiter was very pleasant and personable. He made you feel like you were genuinely appreciated for being there. Complimentary chips and a nice, slightly picante salsa. The vegetable quesadilla was tasty and fresh, as was the salad with guacamole and sour cream. The only suggestion: some refried beans as a side would’ve been nice. Regardless, I’d definitely go back again!

Fantastic Sangria, delicious food. The service was great! My only dislike, the serve cocktails in large glasses, lots of mixer. But the Sangria is perfect! If you want authentic mexican, this is the place!
