This is a busy location in the heart of Fountain Square. We were seated immediately despite it being a Saturday afternoon. The service was great, the food came out quickly and was fresh and tasty, and the prices were reasonable and comparable to other similar restaurants in the area. The flan was also delicious.

I ordered the steak burrito and was brought the chicken instead. I sent it back and it came out very fast. The steak had extra gristle, light on the steak and heavy on beans, rice, and lettuce inside of it. I figured that was punishment for not keeping what I didn’t order. The steak also wasn’t that seasoned. I tried a piece of chicken from the Chic Fajitas and realized I should’ve kept the chic burrito, it was DELICIOUS. My wife got the chic enchiladas and that too was excellent. The server was very polite and made sure we weren’t lacking on beverages.

This staff is incredibly rude to us everytime we TRY to eat here. Came tonight, there was a table outside free. It had a check on it and just needed to be cleaned. We asked to sit outside, and the host said let me check. We watched him look at the table and say “we are booked.” He did not offer for us to wait for seating to open. This is the 2ND time they have screwed us over on seating. We came once, we’re seated at a great table. We had waters and chips and were asked if we would move for a larger party (we were party of 2, and they were a party of 4). We agreed, and they moved us to a table where all the door dash carry out orders were sitting on. Nobody tried to move them. This place has very poor customer service- I don’t know how they keep customers with such poor service. I won’t be back. Went to pollo loco down the road and had the best experience

I’m giving 5 stars because the food is good and the prices are great. For two entrees, chips & salsa, and a pitcher of maragaritas (roughly three drinks each for two people), as well as a 20$ tip, my wife and I paid 70 total, or 35 a person. The parking situation sucks, especially on a Friday or weekend. I wouldn’t try to park in the family dollar parking lot.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this place was enough to leave a bad review. Food was not great, Tortillas were horrible. Jarritos were in plastic bottles, not the glass ones. Place was dirty and bathrooms were just as bad. Service was bad, long wait even though we were the only ones there. Worst of all they charge a party of 4 a 20% gratuity for being a big party, what a joke. Honestly hate forced gratuity, I don’t mind tipping that amount but they definitely did not deserve it. Save your money and go to Loco restaurant a short walk away, more authentic and better than this place.

Not commenting on the food as this review is not for that. Beware to anyone who has bought or trying to use a gift card. We were given a $50 gift card less than a year ago. We used it once, and still had a balance of $27. We went back today and we were told that we could not use the gift card as we were only allowed to use it one time. So not only did we pay but the $27 on the remaining balance was lost. Would not recommend going.
