Best meal I’ve had. I had the scampi ravioli and it was the most amazing dish I’ve ever had in my life. I never wanted it to end, the flavor of the lilikoi brown butter sage sauce mixed with the sweetness of the pumpkin ravioli was perfect. The ravioli was so perfectly made and the pasta was so delicate, it melted in my mouth. I wish I could eat it every day. The gnocchi was also best ever bursting with flavor and melting in my mouth. The waitress was the best and so nice. If I could give a million stars I would.

Pasta!! I never thought I would go Italian in Hawaii but I’m so glad I did! The prawn and butternut ravioli was out of this world. The rigatoni was incredible too, all homemade. Service was top notch. The prickly pear margarita was great too, could’ve been stronger but that’s just me.

We decided to make our first visit to Ekolu kitchen. We made a 5:20 reservation. We were greet by welcoming and pleasant team members at the welcome station. Megan was very welcoming.

The ravioli with mascarpone and schrimps were fine. However this meal was a visual and tasty mess : pumpkin seeds were put in, probably saffron and coriander, which have nothing to do with it. Consequently this menu had no culinary identity

Starting at the bar, Joey was our bartender and we 3,(sisters) put ourselves in Joey’s hands and it was the best choice ever. I’m a bourbon drinker, I especially like Woodford Reserve, he of course had this only better, yum, and then proceeded to make me a drink with a candied hibiscus floating on the top of a slice of citrus. This drink wasn’t too sweet, not my jam, Joey just knew that. Best drink of my entire trip of 7 nights. And yes I ate that hibiscus.

Go here for dinner, no question. Everything we ate here was amazing. The craft cocktails were fantastic. The staff was great. Shout out to Hailey and Tony behind the bar for fantastic service. Loved the presentation of the food at the table.

Absolutely incredible food. I am picky about what I eat and this was the best place we ate while in Maui. You can’t go wrong with anything you order. The pork chop and the ravioli with shrimp were particularly amazing. The prices were reasonable for the quality of food. The service was friendly and welcoming. I loved the interior of the restaurant with the beams and vaulted ceilings and great Polynesian-themed art. Love this place!

This is one of the most monumental dinners of my life! My family celebrated birthdays of my son and myself. From the crafted cocktails, best calamari I’ve ever had to breathtaking entrees. This is a must visit location and make sure to get your reservation! I’d leave 7 stars out of five.
