Heads up, this is located inside Whole Foods! Otherwise, you will make circles around the building looking for it. I only had their Chicken Shoyu Ramen. It was pretty good! Nothing spectacular, but absolutely nothing to complain about. Since this was a chicken based broth, the taste is different than traditional ramen that I have had in Japan or other places. Not bad, but different. Wasn’t disappointed, but traditionalists need to know what they are getting into. On an additional note, the employee at the counter was amazing. Very informative, customer service oriented, and enhanced my experience.

The only thing I would improve on here is the signage downstairs in the Whole Foods to find it. We’ve shopped at the Harbor East Whole Foods and had no idea it was on the second floor. Beautiful and delicious hand pulled noodles and fresh ingredients. We had the Wet Bird and Fiery Pork Noods. Had the perfect amount of heat. And you can’t beat the second floor dining area with an outdoor patio! Gorgeous views!

Absolutely the best hand pulled noodles in Baltimore. Fresh daily, thick noodles loaded up with Umami. Vegan options are amazing- so nice to find a Ramen shop in Baltimore that has really taken the time to develop plant-based dishes. Fiery Shiitake Noodles are a must, and (if you like the heat) ask for a side of their house-made sambal. The Veggie tail is great as well. Staff always has a smile and the service is top notch.

After shopping at the WholeFoods, my friend wanted to try EJI Ramen since it’s on top of the store. It wasn’t packed, staff was very friendly and helpful about the options available. We had the chicken ramen and the Jasmine Green tea. It tastes good but since I had fresh made in California years ago, I’m spoiled when it comes to my ramen. I would definitely come back again to try something else

Ejji is by far one of our favorites in the Harbor. We usually try to stop by if we’re in Whole Foods around lunch time, and it always hits the spot. Their house-made noodles are incredible, and the Sesame Garlic Noods is always a favorite – fresh, grilled veggies, spicy or mild sauce options both delicious, good on site or take out. Recently we’ve been trying the Sandos, Harbor Hen and Whole Point. So good! Highly recommended for some of the best food in the harbor area.

The staff were very nice, explained their selections and made great recommendations too.The dishes are so interesting sounding but I decided on the spicy pork and mushroom noodles and a side of wings. These dishes were soooo good and had a interesting flavor profile. The noodles were thick and held all the creamy spicy sauce really well and I melted after the first bite. The wings were juicy and delicious too and had a nice crunch similar to bonchons. I highly recommend this spot.

Sadly, I didn’t try the noodles, but I had the harbor hen sandwich. I highly recommend it! The service was great, the atmosphere was fresh and vibrant, and the location was in easy walking distance from several hotels. Prices were reasonable!

I really enjoyed the spicy pork noodles. It was a pretty simple dish, but the portion size was large.

Huge fan of the hand pulled beer noodles – I don’t love the bread the fried chicken sandwich comes on. Great spot for a quick meal
