Good….. small portions to keep prices in check…. cooks a bit on the salty side. All pastas are fresh made,but 3times in,ALWAYS quite under cooked. Great service. Good people…. will be better with time if they listen to input…that said ,yes we all have different tastes, but I would say with humility that I know food and have a well rounded palette. All the best for success.

Just wow. The Uncrispy bacon was to die for, as was the amazing bread appetizer and gnocchi. Everything was fresh, well thought and flavored, drinks were also stunning. I only took one picture of the bacon almost gone! A true gem!!

This was a great find when my sister and I were visiting the area. The food was phenomenal. The yellowtail scrudo was definitely my favorite thing I got with the basil aoili. Panna cotta was also to die for. Great service and a cozy, lively spot for some great food. I would definitely recommend!

Great fresh pasta, made perfectly “el dente” and good portion sizes! Literally everything we’ve ordered here is delicious. The seasonal butter and bread pairs perfectly with any appetizer. Also farm fresh meats! Our waitress raised the chickens that we ordered. Doesn’t get fresher than that! Excellent wine list and cocktail offerings.

The food was next level delicious, service was just lovely, cozy and comfortable atmosphere, just an overall amazing place, if you’re in Delhi definitely try it out – highly recommend ! The bolognese pasta was the best I’ve ever had and the stone fruit and churros are a whole experience, so so good! Kudos to the chefs !

This is a must stop for food lovers. Everything is locally sourced and well seasoned. I ordered the PACCHERI NERO and it was so delicious. My husband ordered the octopus and it was perfect. They make their own pasta there too.

What a fabulous dining experience! It is terrific to have this excellent quality of food in Delhi, NY. Will and James are great, very friendly, which makes the time spent at the restaurant quite enjoyable. Ally, Lindsey, Liz and Rachel are excellent servers. Some of our favorite dishes are the Burrata, Gnocchetti Sardi, and Milk and Honey for dessert, but everything we’ve tried is outstanding. It is especially terrific when Will has Octopus on the menu – it’s excellent!
