I had a 2 hour layover and chose this place because I liked the window views. Amanda served me and was an absolute treat! She and her co-worker just honestly were there to have a good time with each other the customers, just dancing and laughing, it was awesome. Everyone took SUCH good care of me and any of the other customers around me. I would totally recommend the Guava Margarita, I’m a Texan so I know I good marg and Amanda knocked it out of the park. Not to mention the music was AWESOME who doesn’t love the throwbacks!

Cathy has to be the WORST person I have ever seen in the service industry. She is just an unhappy person and absolutely nasty. She was so nasty to a customer at the bar who sat close to the service area he walked out. All she does is complain about how long her shift is and how terrible the people are that come in. I know it’s an airport , but for Pete’s sake. You can do better.

Waited ten minutes to be sat, sign said to wait to be seated and was greeted like we should have just sat ourselves. Waited another 5 for the server to drop a menu, ordered drinks and food. Once the food was dropped off the server never came to check on us again but spent most of the time at the table right next to us with her back to our table. Food was awful. Service was worse.

I wish I could give it a zero! I’m at the airport and we wanted to order food to go. The bartender saw us waiting at the bar to order and she purposely ignored us. When someone at the bar was ordering her drink, she told her that I wanted to order. She then states that she isn’t taking Togo orders. She could have said that from the beginning instead of ignoring us, knowing that we were trying to order. She would have received her tip just fine, but that’s ok, we can keep our $$$ and go somewhere else.

Do NOT give this place your business. The server is rude (the one who worked Thurs 7/13/23) her and the bartender don’t even acknowledge you standing there waiting. When after 8 min of no acknowledgement I walk in to ask if we can sit at one of the several available tables, she says NO! and before I could inquire further, she says, I haven’t decided if I’m gonna serve more food or not. She says there are two other restaurants, I suggest you go there. I told her we were trying to spend money and patronize her place but we would be contacting someone, she acted like she could care less. She certainly took the cake on rudeness and should be nowhere near hospitality!! I haven’t seen a duo of such lazy and rude and seemingly discriminatory people in a long while. These people should work somewhere that doesn’t involve public interaction. Don’t give this place your business. From the reviews, it seeks no one cares how these two treat customers and allow it to continue. I wish I could leave no stars and leave a review. It forces me to give it at least one. They don’t deserve it.

Was hanging out here waiting for my connecting flight, male waiter had no issue with it and was going about serving other customers while I was keeping to myself. Then some lady comes in and very rudely asks me to “order something or leave!”. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional staff in this place. Don’t know what I was supposed to order when there wasn’t any food being prepped in the “kitchen”, me and all the other people sitting down were all told there’s no food available??

Absolutely terrible service. They didn’t even acknowledge us for several minutes waiting to be seated and then we ask a worker if we can sit at one of the open tables, he said yes. Another server comes up and tells us to move to the bar with no reason as to why. Terrible communication and terrible hospitality. Why someone would be in that line of service and be so rude is unreal.

If Sam is not your bartender, I feel sorry for you. She is hilarious. Sam makes this bar.
