At first I asked for a date and they had it available (I didn’t confirm), a week later I asked for another date and they said they had availability, we talked about the price and I reserved with the full payment (they don’t accept a %) and I waited of the invoice, they sent the invoice a week later and when I check the information they had the 1st as the event date, I tell them that there is an error and I show them the chats of what was discussed (although they also had it) and they end up saying that there is a confusion… words go words come…. We all make mistakes and I only expected an apology, especially considering everything that was left over from me (the rest of the services for an event already paid for) 2 weeks later I still can’t find a venue available for the date….EIGHT never accepts that they made a mistake the Ms. CARMEN only repeated “you also ask for the 1st date” why can’t people have humility? The lady totally deposited with her ego by heaven was unable to say we were wrong, she was only looking to justify…. Mrs. DESPOTA has a service business, be helpful, it is the least that customers expect
