The food here was incredibly authentic and the ingredients were so fresh. The hot pot sauce bar got a wide variety of options. The staff was super friendly and provided excellent service throughout. I love the diced pork with rice, the pork The shaved ice dessert is pure heaven – the taro and red beans for the toppings are cooked to perfection. It’s big enough to share between three or four people. I’ve been to many other Taiwanese spots in NYC or DC but no other shaved ice can compare to eHotPot’s.

Different than the other hot pots I have been to, most are family style with one big pot in the center of the table. Here, each setting has a hot plate so everyone got a pot. This is nice because not everyone in the group wanted spicy broth. The others i have been to have the vegetables, dumplings, and noodles in a buffet. Here you order everything, they have hot pot meals and it looked like you could order a la cart. I don’t know enough about it to order a la cart so I went with a meal. I was a little worried about not having the buffet available, but you definitely won’t leave hungry.

This place is nice open and updated with nice vibes. If your thinking about the Korean style were you want grilling this is not the place. You can cook it in a convection pot with soup and just add your ingredients and that’s . it wait 3-8 mins till it cooks.

This is a very nice place for tasty soup. Its extremely nice inside. Plenty of parking and well lit. Prices are medium priced. If your 1st time, tell your waiter. The menu is unique and somewhat challenging for a first timer. Food is great and a lot. Has a bar for extra add ons.. Very cool ideal. Strongly recommended. I would like to see them make their menu easier or guide you through it at sit down

We have never been to a restaurant like this and the staff was really helpful and easy to talk to about mixing up sauces and what bowls to get. We enjoyed our 3 bowls the vegan, the hot and spicy, and the seafood bowl. The 4th photo is the chopped pork and rice appetizer. Completely yum! Bodies all feel full and like we ate amazing food. Thanks! We will come back to try the sesame balls!

Love this place we’d never done hot pot before and the waitress was so sweet and explained to us how to enjoy our experience. The food was amazing ! Low lighting as well very intimate great for a first date with cook times in-between.

This place was great! Our server Hannah was so sweet and patient with us, as this was our first time eating here. She was very helpful and friendly. I tried the Seafood Hotpot which was fantastic. They have a great space to create sauces for yourself. The desserts were great. We tried the shaved ice which was $3 and huge! It was more than I could eat. I will definitely be returning. The space was open and clean and the music was great. Thank you, Hannah!!
