Eggslice opened in Buena Park in 2020! Chef Bill, the founder of Eggslice, bore his signature sandwich in Sydney, Australia more than 18 years ago. Over the years, he enjoyed making thousands of sandwiches for our loyal Aussie customers featuring our unique locally made Chilli Jam, combined with fresh, local ingredients.
Bill teamed up with local vendors in order to recreate our breakfast sandwiches stateside. They are thrilled to now be making our signature Chilli Jam right here in the Southland as well.

Food is delicious! Salsas are spicy but do not overwhelm the flavors. I had Protein Style combo with katsu chicken. Tots were the perfect crisp! OJ was fresh squeezed too. Overall great food experience

Really good spot. Had the chicken katsu and egg sandwich combo which came with tots and a drink. I got the 16 oz viet style coffee. Overall the sandwich was pretty good. It had a very tasty unique flavor. And the coffe was decent too. Might stick to the 8 oz next time and for bing $3 and change it’s a pretty good deal. Price wise I thought this was all a great deal. Would def come back again if I’m in the area.

Hubby and I were looking for breakfast spot and I went to TikTok and found Eggslice. My hubby also likes breakfast sandwiches so it was a bonus. I got the salmon and egg sammich and hubby got sausage and egg. We normally share what we eat but uhhh- nothing stood a chance. I INHALED my sandwich. It was so freaking good. I used the hot sauces (red was so flavorful and green you can taste the heat- both delicious). I got the Vietnamese coffee also scrumptious. Try this place once and you’re gonna be hooked. I wish I had pictures- but like I said- I dusted it lol.

I have been super excited to come here on a Saturday morning and they didn’t disappoint. I decided to go simple and get the sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. The chilli jam is beyonddddd yummy. It really elevated the sandwich and gave it a complexity of flavor that most sandwiches need. It has the perfect amount of heat and almost like a sweetness. The tater tots were yummy and overall I felt like the price was good too! About $11 for a combo meal and it came with a drink. I tried the 8oz Vietnamese cold brew and it complimented my sandwich well!

I have given Eggslice 3 tries to wow me and stay consistent. They absolutely did. I’ve loved it every time. The egg was always cooked to perfection every time and that chili jelly is the percent condiment for a breakfast sandwich.
