I visited Eggsburgh on a previous trip to Salt Lake City and was so impressed with the food and service I had to return when I was there on business again this week. I ended up going two days in a row for the fantastic food and attention. This is a solid breakfast place with high attention to detail and a focus on the customer. No request is unreasonable and they’re so glad to help. On my second visit this week, our server Nico was so genuinely interested in our satisfaction I would have thought he was the owner. He looked after our every need, supervised the runners helping to bring the food to us, and even had great recommendations for the rest of our day in Salt Lake City. If I am back in the area, I will definitely be back for another great breakfast.

This is a super solid 4/5 joint. Great Benedict’s across the board with a lot of other good options in pancakes and breakfast bowl selections. The home style potatoes look very simple, but are excellent – get those over the hash browns.

The restaurant was clean and bright. Service was good. The presentation of the food was pleasant. The Orange Dream slushy made with fresh squeezed Orange juice was my favorite part. The food is above average. My only complaint was having to ask for silverware after our food came and it took awhile to get my husband’s glass of milk. I would give 4.5 stars if I could.

Great breakfast spot downtown. You can easily customize your order. The choose 2 Benny option is great. 2×2 as well. Their orange juice was delicious. They have a bottomless coffee option too. We had Zeke for our server and he was awesome. We will be back!
