UN. REAL. I had been debating eggs up grill for quite some time now but never had a reason to go, i went today as i needed breakfast before i donated blood, and i left SO happy. I was immediately greeted by Candis who had a bright smile on her face and advised us to sit wherever we’d like. Our drink orders were taken, and our food order, and it swiftly came out. The homefries were NO joke. so delicious. eggs? flavorful. the service? IMMACULATE. I will be returning no question

The service was great and the food was good. Originally they had informed me that they didn’t have egg whites but the cook literally sifted eggs to grant my request. That’s indeed southern hospitality. We will definitely eat here again!

They are having staffing issues. It took almost an hour after seating to get our food. The food was delicious though and the staff was very nice but overwhelmed

May 21, 2022: My husband and I love Eggs Up Grill for their pancakes. We placed an order for pickup today because his Birthday is this weekend. We were excited for our Strawberry Cheesecake Pancakes. Once we got home, our excitement was gone because our pancakes were brunt. Even the bacon was too Now they’re closed and I’m stuck with these.

Our waitress was wonderful! The kitchen staff and manager Cynthia was sub par at best. I ordered an entree of biscuits and gravy. I received 2 biscuits and literally 3 tbsps of gravy in a tiny bowl that looked like some one ate out of it. I asked to speak with a manager without issue. Once Cynthia arrived she decided the best course of action was to interrupt me when I was speaking regarding why I was dissatisfied and just tell me how it would be. To not let a customer speak is extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. She clearly doesn’t care about improving the quality that comes out of the restaurant she’s responsible for. In order to be better you’d first need to want to understand the problem, not just walk away to get another tiny bowl for $6. I can see why the kitchen staff would think that’s ok with no leadership With a different manager I’m sure this place would be a great place to eat!

Food is very disappointing. Shrimp and grits was basically soup containing very little shrimp. The worst are the omelets. They have so much pancake flour in them it’s like eating a crepe. Not all EUG are like this one. Skip this location.

I really like this Eggs Up Grill! The staff are friendly and remember my drink even though I’m in there maybe 2 or 3 times a month. The food is always good too.

Arrived around 10 am and was immediately seated. With in a minute we had our coffee and ice water, our food order was unbelievably fast I don’t think it was much more than 5 minutes we had our meal.

The service was slow, friendly, but we were not checked on. We thought our waitress forgot to come back to take our food order. The food was extremely bland, the home fries tasted like boiled potatoes that were then cubed, they had no flavor, the corned beef hash was bland, the grits were clumpy even the sausage gravy was mediocre at best. I would not recommend eggs up grill to anyone.
