Does not look like any chicken n broccoli that I have ever had at any Chinese restaurant. This looks and smell like dog food. No sauce and the chicken is as bland as it looks. I tried this place because of the good reviews. But now I’m thinking that the people here may not know what good Chinese food is. This picture speaks volume. This was in the dump before I could even make it home might as well had just put $10 in the garbage. Never again.

Closer to authentic Chinese or Taiwanese dishes than 95% of the “Chinese” restaurants in Columbia. Large portions, great prices. I love and highly recommend the:

The service was splendid, always lovely to interact with the people they have work here, the regulars are very nice, always makes you feel welcome. The food is fantastic, especially for thinking that some places may charge more for the food, the inexpensive price tag doesn’t bog down the taste, hell may be worth charging more for some of the food. The fried dumplings, number 53, are delicious, perfectly fried, and stuffed perfectly. The sauce that comes with it is great. As per the atmosphere, they could add more flare to the restaurant, kinda looks Plaine.

The first pic is Tofu Lovers, second is Fried rice with vegetables & tofu. The quantity was way more than I thought I would get for the price. The quality was amazing, from a vegetarian perspective they definitely knew how to cook their tofu. I had an initial issue with my order which they corrected on the spot and only took 3mins

I had a taste for boneless chicken with gravy. Their menu has boneless chicken with a brown sauce on the side. My coworker called to see if they had the gravy instead of the sauce. The representative said that they have a brown gravy. I went and asked before I ordered the boneless chicken if I could get the brown gravy. The representative confirmed that I could. So I ordered boneless chicken with vegetables, pork fried rice, sweet tea, and pork wontons. I got my order. I didn’t check it cause I thought they understood what I wanted. I got home and it’s not what I wanted. The dish had vegetables on the bottom, boneless chicken on top of the vegetables. The rice was on the side. That sauce was in a small cup. I tried calling, but the line was busy. The pork wontons had a taste that I didn’t like. It seemed like the pork was saturated with a broth. The pork fried rice was ” yuk. ” They have fried rice on top of a warmer. I think they just added the pork to the rice. I couldn’t eat it.

I had the honey sesame chicken and vegetable lo mein along with an egg roll. The egg rolls are AMAZING and I don’t know how the rest of their food tastes but i highly DO NOT recommend the veggie lo mein. It had a weird burnt smell/taste. Maybe it was the wok they cooked it in idk but i had 5 bites and threw the rest away. If i ever go back it’ll just be for the egg rolls!

This by far was THEEEE WORST Chinese food I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The rice was bland and the chicken in both entrees tasted like burnt old grease. Even had a 4pc chicken wing that was awful. Won’t be back. Thought it would be nice to try a new establishment since relocating to this side of town. But I’ll continue to drive to Parklane for the experience.

Chinese restaurants are always on the low end of ratings. The restaurants itself is run down, there is nothing fabulous about it, but that is always excusable if the food is good. Which unfortunately leads me to a 3 star review. Lo mein is greatly lacking. It is noodles, that is it. Just noodles. No spice, no sauce, nothing.

The BEST Chinese food ever! You get the best food, plenty of it and friendly service. The food even holds up well for the trip home to Edisto Island!
