I recently placed an order for two wraps from the restaurant, with the specific request for them to be served as hot wraps. To my surprise, one of the wraps was delivered cold instead of being the intended hot wrap. I promptly contacted the restaurant seeking an explanation, as I had picked up the order within 5 minutes of it being ready. The response I received was perplexing – they mentioned that the wrap wouldn’t stay hot for more than 5 minutes. This explanation seemed contradictory given the short timeframe between order placement and pickup and 2nd wrap being hot.
