We are sorry you were disappointed. I did personally ask you how our brand new cook did and you said great, so that is super frustrating. Also, all burgers are Fresh, NEVER frozen consisting of 1/2 # ground brisket and sirloin. The potatoes and gravy are made fresh every day. If you didn’t like it you could have been courteous and let me know one of the 6 times I was at your table let along the fact you’ve known my parents for 73 years. That is how new people learn. Reporting false information is very hurtful. Hope you had a happy birthday despite your experience.

We stopped to try this place for lunch and glad we did! Burger was excellent! They use ground brisket and sirloin instead of ground chuck. Fries and tots were good. Fish and chips, fried okra, southwestern egg rolls were all good. Best cheese balls we have ever had. Even a good solid side salad. Good service and the food came out fast. We even thought the ice in the drinks was especially good.

Excellent place to eat. We went when it wasn’t busy.! Kevin the owner was a great guy to talk to. But the food!!!! Oh so good! I had the bourbon burger with hand cut fries. My husband had the bacon cheeseburger with fries. His burger meat is a blend of ground and brisket. I can not recommend this place enough. Good restaurants around here are few and far between. This place rates at the very top.

Such a great place with delicious food and friendly service! We had a very large family gathering in the back room during business hours on short notice. They accommodated our group without a hitch. Very large portions of food which was obviously made fresh. Fast, organized, friendly service. I hope the people of the area realize what a gem they have!

I’m new to this area of Larned. After a day of working, I went to check out this place. When I searched online, there isn’t a number to call… I took a chance anyway. Service was great! Food was fresh and served fast! The waiter and owner were VERY personable and answered every question I had. 10/10 recommend. I will be returning.

Ordered a steak , rare , baked potatoes, green beans, and salad. Steak was cooked perfectly, potatoes were hard and only could eat a small amount of it, my husband thought it was fine. Green beans had a little seasoning on them. The small salad was good.

Burger was very good, also had the brisket sandwich the next day which is one of my favorite sandwiches. The brisket sandwich is a thick cut of brisket about 1 inch thick and was a little tough, but had good flavor. I’m used to having the brisket sliced up . Overall, the wait staff is nice and I would go again.

To address classless owner’s comments: I was overcharged and I still paid well over a 20% tip for very poor service and mediocre food, just because I’m nice. It wasn’t my birthday and we were not a large party, nor was our bill $200. Wrong again. Truthfully, you really shouldn’t be running a business.Horrible—-Food mediocre, service poor. We were overcharged by waitress/owner who vociferously argued instead of showing an ounce of class. We paid and tipped. Never will we darken the door again!

Once again Chicken Fried steak was tender ,could cut with a fork not needing a knife. Mashed potatoes were fresh and gravy had spot-on taste. Freshly brewed iced tea without sugar a real + . Enjoyable atmosphere.
