Food was really good. Everyone ordered something different. Burrito, rolled tacos, torta, enchilada all good. Red salsa is good. Green is very mild. Avocado is hot, habenero was super hot.

In my humble opinion, the most incredible item to eat is a super fresh, perfectly crispy hard shell ground beef taco with a splash of salsa on it. The young ladies at Eduardo’s, (new to Newberg) made my dish perfect.

I have been there a few times since they opened. Everytime i go I’m never disappointed. My favorite is the 4 carnitas tacos special. The meat is never dry and is always tender. Someone wrote a comment that this place is like muchas and they are wrong. Everything I have tried here as flavor and better quality.

Got their California burrito and it was pretty good. Not the best I’ve ever had, but definitely the best I’ve had in Newberg and pretty good for the PNW in general. Better than Muchas Gracias and Burrito Loco for sure. I’ll be back.

Just more of the same you can find in any number of taco restaurants and taco shops all over Newberg and Portland area. Nothing special, honestly. My enchilada was cold, beans were heavy, carne asada burrito was just meh and although the meat was at least not overly cooked or grisly like so many others, the flavor/seasoning was not the best. The horchata was overly sweet, salsas were all subpar. Still on the search for some really amazing Mexican food in the area…the search continues….

I just love Eduardo’s. I’m crazy for the shredded beef and actually crave the crispy shredded beef tacos. Nice family run taco shop with fresh and tasty food
